I thought I would have a safe place to live while I prepare my self to buy a home air conditioner went out and was told several lie a day late with rent the charged me 118 then had the nerve to text me like crazy give me a call be moving in 7577250919 pat
This is the worst place I ever lived...your car get broken into...people try to break in your house they dont fix nothing The water company calles and said I had a serious leak my bill was 800.00. Plus and no one never came to fix it I cant afford that much water bill plus rent and all the other bills..and someone tried to kick my back door in...and to top it off some young lady was sexually assaulted that came out of maintenance mouth. And to top it off a home invasion happened recently it was on the news smh....DONT MOVE T... read more

Avalon Townhomes is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance are always pleasant and cordial. They are willing to go the extra mile to keep the residents happy.
We moved in back in August and they had different management here then.. I must say the new management has been outstanding!! Everyone is always nice and helpful. Everything I've put in for maintenance has been addressed within 24-48 hours depending on how much of an emergency it was. We had a heater problem and they had someone calling us within an hour helping us then came out next day to fix the problem.
