The Welcoming Team at Avalon Townhomes were very helpful in fulfilling My New Beginning. Ms.Onjela Simmons & Ms.Cheryl Green did all possible to meet all needs & to also make me Feel Comfortable as Possible. Its a wonderful community very peaceful environment .The Townhouses are very Spaceish what i needed most thanks again Ladies job well done.
I want to acknowledge the professionalism and attentiveness of the assistant property managers Ms. Onjela and Ms. Cheryl. When I have a maintenance issue or complaint they act swiftly and professionally to address my issue(s). They were very deceitful upon me moving into my place. They NEVER told me the rooms WERE NOT compatible for Queen Size beds or larger until after I signed my lease. Did they accommodate me for the inconvenience of having to buy a spilt size box spring? Absolutely not. They basically told me oh well and wouldn’t let me out my lease that I only been in for 1 WEEK!
