Not Worth the Price I am moving out after 4 years because the quality and service at Avalon 4121 has declined drastically. Management refuses to enforce community policies and tenants are disrespectful of their neighbors with regard to noise, smoke and trash. Even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, secondhand smoke travels through the vents from residents who smoke in their units. My husband and I have lived here about 8 months and our experience has been very positive so far. Wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team- Pablo and Enrique. They always respond to our maintenance requests so quickly and are able to solve most everything in one visit, we so appreciate it.
