An amazing place! I was very much helped and I attended some groups which were incredibly therapeutic. If you need help this is the place to be. Very calm and a safe space! I had some one on one as well which gave me some hope for myself. I have nothing but good things to say about this underfunded place in Halifax.

Very CARING, CALMING and SAFE place to get help recovering from assault. Also offer programs that teach different coping skills & u realize u are not alone. After reporting assault they help u to get in touch with Victim Services/ & Assault Center. YEARS AGO NO SUCH PLACE, WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE THIS PLACE! THEY HELP, IF NEEDED, TO HELP U THROUGH COURT PROCESS SO U KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.
