Maintenance staff, particularly Jim Mellinger, is polite and responds promptly to service requests!
I wouldn’t recommend Avalon Rock Meadows. It’s parking situation is a joke. As a resident I pay for parking every month. It might not be an issue if I had a guarantee spot but I can only park in permit parking. First Saturday night here had to circle a dozen times before someone left so I could park after work. Not good! Not good at all.
Love my apartment and the complex! Staff has always been super friendly and prompt.
The leasing office staff is very disrespectful and unfriendly. The guy on the front talks in a condescending manner. The parking is always an issue, firstly you have to pay extra for parking. Shouldn't it be free since you are renting out a 2 bedroom apartment? Even after you buy a parking pass its difficult to find a spot. Other vehicles park in your spot etc. The carpet in the living room is torn and the oven has very toxic smell. Their apartments are priced higher than the market and not worth it. I have had a great experience at Avalon Rockmeadow in Bothell - this is mostly due to the great staff. Two things stand out - they are VERY responsive to maintenance requests - they definitely come within 24 hours or let you know otherwise. The other is the office staff - they are responsive and compassionate, I have asked them for help and they have responded.
