They listen and execute. Today was our 3 Year Anniversary. We came home to a wonderful package and card telling us congrats from the staff. This is why I chose this community. We are living in Avalon townhome for 1 year, I definitely love this place. It is a nice community and also convenient to drive everywhere. My husband and my daughter both happy with this place. The office and the staff all friendly and helpful!

Very small apartments that are too expensive for what they offer. Poor communication with maintenance and office staff.
We just moved in and we are happy with our choice. The community location is very convenient. And the staff here are super warm and fast response. Before we moved in the townhouse was cleaned up with high standards.
Apartments are clean and spacious. Staff super friendly, maintence crew super funny and helpful. Community are welcoming and always willing to help/talk. The crew hosts really fun events to get the community interactive with other neighbors. Thank you
