RecommendedI have lived over 19 years. I love it the area and the community. They just remodle the gym. It is amazing. I actually canceled my gym membership. The stuff is very nice and will help when you need it. Maintenance is very good. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.
For many years Champion Contracting has been a vendor for Avalon Princeton Junction. It's always a pleasure doing business with Marius, Karen and the other Avalon employees on site. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive.
Avalon is a great choice to live in, from the care of the management staff so friendly and making you feel like you've come to the right place. Several options of apartments, with the best services, comfortable and welcoming. It is close to all supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers. Friendly neighbors, efficient maintenance staff. I highly recommend it.We have been living here for 4 months and it is great.
My wife and I recently moved to Avalon Princeton Junction and we absolutely love it! We looked at a few communities in the area but nothing beats APJ's location - close to Rt 1 & Rt 130, downtown Princeton, and the Princeton Junction train station. This is our second Avalon experience and Princeton Junction has been great so far. The apartment complex is in a beautiful area and people in the area are active, always out walking, riding bikes, etc. Kathryn and Nancy in the leasing office are wonderful - they helped us secure an apartment and coordinate our move in an an extremely short time period. I found the Avalon Princeton Junction in order to solve my temporary housing problem during the pandemic. It is very gratifying that the staff here remains efficient and cordial during such a difficult time. We lived in Tennessee. Then we decided to move to New Jersey. Our friend recommended the Avalon Princeton Junction, as they lived there two years in a row. We liked the fact that it was possible to arrange and pay for everything remotely while in another state. We rented a 3-bed apartment for one year. We've lived in Avalon for a decade (3 different units). The rent is high, but the community is nice and the management team is competent and attentive. It's a nice place to live.
