Once I get established somewhere, I don’t like to hop around. I get bad anxiety and I always get nervous walking into new places. You never know how people will treat you or if they will even listen. But, since a new Doctor bought out my Doctors office, I couldn’t stay there any longer. Nothing was getting done there (prior authorizations/ communication/setting up appointments, etc). Bre’Ana Strong and her team are amazing! They truly care about their patients and make them feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. I was without a PCP for a while and I’m so glad I found this team! I highly recommend them!
The doctor working with my Dad communicates with us in a caring, honest manner. The staff has been extremely helpful with getting information as well as working with insurance. Very grateful for open and honest communication.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Karen was amazing — she took her time to explain each step and product related to my ostomy and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She even made time to see me again a few days later, as I was still experiencing issues with my bag. I truly appreciate her patience and support.
