We absolutely love living here! Everyone in the office is so nice and responsive with anything we ever need. They go out of their way to make sure you have anything you need. The maintenance guys, the two Mikes and Mark are just awesome! We can’t say enough amazing things about them. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They always keep you in the loop with any work that needs to be done with your apartment. RecommendedJust wanted to thank Avalon Oaks West for the great experience. It has been the greatest experience I have ever had with an apartment. Thank you Vasilia Fallisi, Debbie Scott, and Shatara (if you still work there). They really worked with me and made everything so easy, and I recommend that anyone moving to the area should only choose Avalon and don't check anywhere else because they can't compete :)
I love this community so so much, especially the staff here! They are fantastic! I appreciate it so much that they prepare me a great apartment for my first baby!

I have lived at Oaks West for 4 years. Quiet, peaceful, and great amenities! The office and maintenance team are always accommodating and helpful. Great suburban community to call home.
I moved in October and Debbie was a gem...answering all my questions and getting me all set up! She was my first impression of the apartment and first impressions stick! Overall I am loving my apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any concerns. Snow removal was fabulous. If I had to find a complaint it would be that I am in a smoking building. We have received everything we were told. There have been no surprises and couldn't be happier with our decision to join the Avalon community.
On Friday March 2nd we lost power and my car was in the garage. In the pouring rain I'm on my phone with hubby as he's trying to walk me through manually opening the door to no avail. As I'm about to give up I turn around and there is Mike to save the day!!!!�� He and his guys got the door open for me and made sure that it got closed and locked up. Thank You! Thank You! Thank you!! The staff here is wonderful!!
