RecommendedDebbie is excellent and very nice to us. We have been here for 6 years and enjoy staying at this quiet apartment complex. The location is great and very close to I-93. It has a great swimming pool and Gym and a nice playground for the kid. The maintenance staff is also very responsive to fix everything next day.
We enjoy living here. The office has been very nice and helpful. Debbie, Lauren, Paul are alway so kind! The maintenance crew Lorenzo, Fernando & Mark r only a call away! I have to say that Vaso went above and beyond the call of duty for me & my son! She was sooo helpful with my renewal for my lease! She is truly awesome...therefore I sing her praises!
The office staff are friendly and always ready to problem solve! Maintainance is very responsive. Great place to live!
Just moved from Avalon Oaks to be closer to school but cannot say enough positive things about the management and maintenance teams. They are kind, extremely friendly, very quick to respond, and very accommodating. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Thank you guys!

This being maintenance appreciation week I just wanted to express my gratitude for such a wonderful team. Their attention to detail is superb this week I’m appreciative for the new doormats in the lobby!
Avalon is a great place, quite, stores are close by along with highway 93 Boston/NH. Maintenance is great, the Avalon team; Debbie, Vaso, Lauren and maintenance management, has always been a pleasant experience my seven years living at Avalon. Thank you!
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. Both Debbie in the office, and Michael in maintenance, are really nice people that get what you need accomplish quickly.
We recently moved in Avalon Oaks West. Debbie has been a big part of that from helping us pinpoint the right price and identifying what needs to be fix before move-in. The people here are nice and friendly. The environment is quiet and beautiful. Our maintenance request is usually responded within 1 day. We were also helped when our furniture was moved to 3rd floor, I cannot imagine that before it actually happened. Overall I give full star to the team and community here. Thanks
