RecommendedWe just moved in, sight unseen. Debbie Scott has been very helpful with the lease and making our move as smooth as possible. Our loft apartment has surpassed our expectations. It's spacious, newly renovated, and very well laid out, with plenty of sun. We're looking forward to the weather getting better so we can start taking advantage of our deck and also to getting to know our neighbors better post COVID.
Debbie Scott is the most pleasant person to work with. She has been answering all my questions and concerns. The sweetest! Such a beautiful property as well. Definitely recommend!

I never ended up moving into the apartment I had lined up because we found a house instead. However I wanted to thank Debbie for all her help And quick communication regarding my sudden change of plans. I was extremely impressed with everything from the tour and help with all my questions. I highly recommend the Avalon community!
This was my boyfriend and I’s first home together. We had moved from NJ to Massachusetts and had only planned to live in Mass. for one year, but ended up staying for two! We really enjoyed our time here. Very close to I-93, 20mins from Boston, and Target near by for anything you needed quickly! We only had a couple of maintenance calls, but the team responded quickly and very helpful! The office team was also great from the time we moved in to the time we moved out! Great apartment, quiet environment, great amenities, easy parking, responsive maintenance staff. We've been here almost 5 months and the experience has been great!
Nice and quiet tucked away from the highway (at Oaks West) but close enough to shopping, great restaurants, and schools. Love seeing all the trees.
