If you look at other places, they don't offer swimming pools, Bbq's, 24 hour emergency maintenance, 24 hr gym, a secure and locked building, mailboxes in the lobby, removal of any and all snow! I'm loving this type of living!
I gave 5 stars first, but after move-out i changed it to 1. Due to few stains that could be cleaned, Avalon charged us more than 800$ for replacing the rug and din't give us an option to clean it. I'm very frustrated and disappointed and will not recommend this community to my friends. Sergey
