RecommendedI lived at Avalon Natick for 3 years and the office staff (Caitlin, Amy, Sasha and Ryan) were very accommodating. The maintenance guys were also “on top of it” whenever I had any service requests . I miss this property . I would recommend this place as a great place to live in the metro west area !

I’ve lived at Avalon Natick for almost 3 years and couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance are wonderful! A special thank you to Rafael who went above and beyond this morning and helped me jump my car. He was a huge help.
Out of all of the Communities that I have lived at, Avalon Natick has by far been my favorite one of them all. The maintenance and office staff are incredible, the property is well kept and the outdoor fireplace is very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property!
