RecommendedOut of all of the Communities that I have lived at, Avalon Natick has by far been my favorite one of them all. The maintenance and office staff are incredible, the property is well kept and the outdoor fireplace is very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property!

This is such a quite, clean and friendly place to live. I have lived here for a while now and have had nothing but great experiences!
Really like living here . My only issue is that the gated garage is never gated. A little creepy when coming home after dark.
This is a wonderful community to live in. It is great they have made a gated area for the dogs, but what about tenants that have children? When I initially saw the gates being put up I was hoping it would be a play area for children in the community as there seem to be many. Also it would be nice if playgroups were to be arranged on evenings or weekends in the residents lounge to give moms and families opportunity to meet and mingle.
