Poor communication
Annette with Gentiva is a breath of fresh air while dealing with hospice. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect during this difficult time. We couldn't ask for a better nurse to check in on us during our time of need. I don't know how I would manage without her constant encouragement. Thank you for all you do Annnette!! Highly recommend!
Personally did not have a good experience at all. Pretty devastating and disappointing experience with the lack of effort, care, compassion and response. Much...much to the story but bottom line of it PERSONALLY, would not do it again if given the chance, and would not recommend. Please consider the reviews before committing to this. Would not want anyone to have this experience.
Never showed up, never returned calls, always to far away. If you need them for a friend or relative run away they are not what they sell themselves to be
I appreciate all of the wonderful communication and care I have received from the staff with Gentiva. To name a few people who have exceeded my expectations are Trenten the "Hospice Care Consultant" and Molly the "Nurse." Since day 1 of Trenten coming on board and stopping by our clinic was the best thing for both of our worlds. I work for Legacy Healthcare Services and provide Outpatient Therapy at our Windsor Ridge Assisted Living location.
