I have lived in the Avalon at Fairway Hills since 2017. The floor plans are dated but so is most of the housing in Columbia unless you live in the newer condo/apartments. I enjoyed living in my apartment until the next door neighbor decided to move out and leave her teenage children to live in the 3 bedroom with 2 balconies apartment next door. I've been living at Avalon Fremont for about a year now. Since day one I was very impressed by the staff. *** always remembered my name and made it a point to tell me to come to her immediately if I ever had an issue. The one time in the last year that I did have an issue I went to *** and the issue was cleared up immediately. When ever I've gone in for a package (which I won't be doing anymore now that Avalon Fremont has an Amazon Hub), the front office staff was always welcoming and helpful.
