Honestly, this building is great if you plan to stay for 1 year and one year only. If you plan on staying longer, like me, then it is worth this 3 star deduction. If you want to renew your lease, they will increase your rent by $200-$400 every single year AND will charge you a flat $500 amenity fee EVERY YEAR while other available apartments are available for even cheaper than your current rent.
