The maintenance team at this complex provides top-notch service! Staff is excellent as well. But the noise insulation between the walls is a big issue here. As I understand it's just American quality of construction 😅
Wonderful place to live. The Avalon Staff are whip-smart, kind, helpful and responsive to any problem you might have. This is a great community for families. Maintenance issues are always promptly and expertly resolved. Everyone just always does their best every day, and it shows.
Excellent service and support. The office staff is incredible and helpful and the grounds are beautiful surrounded by natural historical property. Great walking trails too!
