Put in two service calls. They came promptly, very courteous and professional. Job finished quickly. I'm suffering a cough and especially greatful for the rapid service so I could go back to bed!
I love living at Avalon! The facilities, service and maintenance team are amazing. I have had a few issues that needed attention and the team is always quick to respond and they fix things right away. Every year Avalon hosts a BBQ for its residents, which is great. The playground, pool and dog park are bonuses too!
I have been living at Avalon at Lexington Hills for over a year now. The staff is awesome. Yesterday we had a sink blocked and Ayoub, fixed it within an hour of filing the maintenance request. Even the front office staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.
I have been living at Avalon at Lexington Hills for a year and a half with my husband. Last night we attended a Barbecue organized by the administration.It was a wonderful event by the pool, the families, the food, the music, everything was fantastic. The grounds were manicured and we were blessed with perfect weather. We look forward to the next event. Thank you Michael Borey for organizing a fun evening. Maria

Just moved in. The Avalon team (not just at Lexington Hills, but at other Avalon communities we visited) welcomed us and made the process super easy. Signing the lease and moving into our apartment were easy too. Looking forward to living here!
I've been a long time resident of Avalon. It's a great, safe and friendly community, and I'm happy to call it home. Comfortable and spacious. I love it. The office staff are attentive and eager to help with any needs. Always a heartwarming welcome from Rob and Michael. Rocky and the maintenance guys are exceptional. Great work ethic and respond immediately to calls.
We have been here since January of 2017. The grounds are so beautiful, everything is so well kept. My apartment is so beautiful and accessible for Daniel. I have a disabled child that has a balance problem in his brain. He can walk if he can hold on. Avalon came into our apartment and put hand grips all through the apartment so Daniel can walk out of his room into the bathroom and into the living area.
