RecommendedMy roommate and I moved in this week and we are already having a lovely time. Our apartment is adorable with a great view. I was a little worried that the apartment would feel like another AU dorm, however, the building is super homey and frankly quite quiet. The Carmichael and Billy who are just two of the concierges have been absolutely amazing, they have helped with everything from moving in to general information and they couldn't be more lovely. Exemplary service by Asia Prescott. She is always there to help every resident and bring a smile to my face! Thankful she works at the beautiful Avalon at Foxhall.
The staff is always very helpful and friendly, especially Asia Prescott. Each time that she’s working at the desk, she always makes sure that residents feel welcome and acknowledged. Others that work in the building are also very kind as well and I feel like a belong to a good community.

Excellent service from Terrance, he took care of everything with very little time. Easily one of the nicest guys in the building
The maintenance team is always willing to help. They are always beyond helpful and in a great mood. Shoutout to Terance and the rest of the team!
