Just recently moved in and had a few small issues with lights and a stove element. I sent in my maintenance request before breakfast and as i was having my second cup of coffee and cleaning up in the kitchen from that, Jimmy knocked on the door to take care of our requests! I did not expect that quick service! He took care of all the problems really quickly and was very friendly and nice. kudos!

RecommendedAvalon Cahill park is situated in a great location. The leasing staff is very friendly, helpful & very easy to talk with.The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Jesus. Washroom problem? Kitchen sink? No matter what, he promptly shows up and fixes all these problems. He is super polite.Lastly, located close to everything, super easy to access public transit, SJ Diridon Caltrain, park, Wholefood, and SJ downtown.
