Best downtown neighborhood, close to SAP center, all other amenities and downtown restaurants plus easy access to public transportation.
We have lived here for five years already-- long enough for it to feel like a real home! We love the location, the friendly staff with their quick attention to anything that needs fixing, and the apartment itself in its beautiful setting facing the park.
Maintenance at Avalon at Cahill Park is particularly quick, efficient and friendly, and personnel help wherever they can! A particular shout out to Jimmy who went above and beyond when I ended up with a dead car battery, and he came to my rescue with a jumper cable and got my car going again. Also, to Graciela, who is always outgoing and friendly, and working hard with a great smile to help maintain the community. My husband and I have been living in one of the studio lofts at Avalon Cahill Park since 2018. It's been almost a year and we don't have a single complaint. We love it here! From the day we moved in, Miguel (Sales and Service Manager) and his ENTIRE staff, the maintenance crew have always been extremely attentive and quick to assist if there are any issues.
