I lived at Avalon Apartments from 2011 through 2013 and it was the best place to live in Norman! I looked at several places including Traditions East and West and this place was by far the best place location wise and amenities wise. The deciding factor for me picking this place was the office manager BJ. Me being a college student living on my own for the first time and being far from home she made Avalon fee like home and always took care of everyone like they were her own. The length I have lived here (over 7 years) should be an indicator for how awesome this place is! The grounds and pool are well taken care of, and I have always felt very safe. BJ is the most wonderful manager and will do anything for you if it’s in her power!
I would strongly recommend this apartment complex. Five stars across the board! BJ is the best apartment manager EVER!
Absolutely loved living here! BJ the apartment manager is amazing! The common areas are well maintained, maintenance request are handled in a prompt manner, neighbors are quiet and friendly. My kids and I were happy to call Avalon home for 3 years.
