RecommendedAvalon has extremely helpful and kind management. Much better experience here than other “student-oriented” complexes. Great community and close to campus, I love it!

I definitely would recommend Avalon Apartments. When we first moved to Norman, Avalon Apartments checked off several boxes on our wants/needs in a place. 1.Its in a great location near OU campus. 2. In a highly sought after school district for our kids. 3. Budget friendly for a clean and nice apartment. But now that we have lived here, we can say that it’s more than that. 5 stars The apartments are clean and there’s a good mix of families and students, which is nice. It’s very pet-friendly and parking isn’t hard to find. Love the staff, especially Mary!
The best place to live in Norman for students going to OU. Washer and dryers in units and large swimming pool to hang out. BJ is very a caring manager and is friendly to everyone. Go there first!
I lived here 4 years (2011-2015) and liked it quite a bit. They are pricey and not the biggest apartments, but the apartments were clean and well-cared for and the complex itself was quiet and felt safe. They are also in a good location. The staff I interacted with were always friendly and helpful.
