The staff here at Avalon really wants you to be happy. The office staff are fantastic... very efficient and so friendly, and the maintenance staff is terrific. Any service issue I've had has been attended to quickly and professionally. My washing machine died recently and I had a new one delivered the next day! Victor even came back same day to paint the scuffs on the walls from carrying it up the stairs. They really care.
Put in a request for clogged tub and Victor was here bright and early and even fixed a problem we hadn’t even noticed in our sink! Great guy.
We encountered a problem with our washing machine on Friday morning. I put in a maintenance request and Victor was here by early afternoon and he determined that the washer needed to be replaced. I had a new washing machine before 11am on Saturday! Victor was great. He was very respectful and professional. I have lived here for 3 years and the maintenance team has always been very responsive. The office staff is very personable and helpful too.

I love everything about this place, well almost everything. It's very clean, the maintenance and office personnel are fantastic and always respond to needs very timely. The common areas are immaculate and well cared for. The people are nice, the grounds are beautiful and we just love our two bedroom, two bath apartment! We've lived here for 2 1/2 years and love it here! Any maintenance issue we have is taken care of immediately. They give you plenty of notice when they are updating the property (driveway paving, providing energy efficient lightbulbs, shoveling, etc). The office staff are super friendly and know me by name - always with a smile or a funny joke. You cannot hear any of the neighbors but when you see them they are friendly and helpful. We feel very safe here!

Love the area and especially the service you get. Whenever you have a problem, they fix it immediately, so 5 stars on that. Victor in particular has been very helpful resolving the latest issues.
