RecommendedGreat leasing team and within walking distance of Nara park (great walking/jogging) and Nagog park (a few good eating options). The appliances are sturdy. Walking around the area is fantastic.
I can’t say enough about Avalon Acton and the staff. From the office to maintenance EVERYONE is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Very competent and friendly maintenance and rental office staff respond quickly to issues. Quiet location near some large office complexes, but also next to some very nice forest preservation areas. Reasonably priced for Boston Metro West area.
I have been renting an apartment in Avalon for about four years and have no complain. All the staff I have dealt with here are fabulous, attentive and understanding. They make you feel like at home away from home and work with you to resolve any issue with the best of their ability. This time special thanks to Scott who helped me with crazy paperworks to renew lease. Scott, you are the best and thank you for all your help and support. I will highly recommend this place for people who want to live in peace and comfort.

I enjoy Avalon Acton very much. I have lived here 10 years and my opinion I enjoy it so much. The staff treats me with respect and gets things done if you ask for something they can assist me in. The staff always has time for the residents. I enjoy swimming and relaxing in the pool during the season. My experience at Avalon is put it this way I am happy and I am not shopping for another place to live. Thank you for feeling like home here at Avalon. I have found it a pleasant and safe place to live. Both the office and service staff are pleasant and responsive to any needs. The grounds are attractively maintained.
Steve is extremely knowledgable and quick to solve our maintenance issues. He is extremely kind, friendly and easy to be around. Great guy!!
