RecommendedI just moved here from Avalon Quincy, had an issue with one of the appliances in my new apartment. Charging separate pet rent is illegal in Massachusetts!!!! They assume you wouldn’t know by reading fair housing laws! No separate move in fee either. You’re already paying first last and security. Educate yourself before you move!!!!! Do a credit background on landlords before you pay anything for the landlord to check yours!!! Mysmartrenter.com
Keith and Paul were quick and efficient to answer my call to fix the air conditioning in my apartment. Every one on staff is very courteous and professional. Excellent service and really clean place to live in.

The community is clean and well maintained. The staff in office and maintenance very helpful and always like to help. Keith quickly fixed my refrigerator issue and brought me a new washing machine. It's a great place to live.
We really enjoyed living at Avalon. The grounds were gorgeous and really well kept. It was a pleasure coming home every day and seeing the beautiful tread and flowers. The team ( both office and maintenance) was friendly and always helpful. The building was very clean and well lit, so was the gym. We lived on the third floor and never heard our neighbours. Avoid this place at all costs. We paid to break our lease to move into a house. They had the maintenance manager come view our apartment to see if there were any damages. He signed a paper saying there were no damages. Yet they kept our security deposit and said they had to replace the carpet in the bedroom. The carpet was in great condition, it did not need to be replaced on our dime. This place is a complete scam. There are much better apartments out there that won't scam you out of a security deposit.
Great place to live! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, maintenance is responsive and efficient.
I have lived at Avalon for many years. I am very happy with the timely, efficient, and friendly service I get from the office staff and from the maintenance staff. The atmosphere and the surroundings are comfortable. Thanks.
