RecommendedMy boyfriend and I recently moved out after 4 years at AVA Van Ness. We were so sad to leave, this community is just fantastic and we truly loved our time there. The staff is wonderful, just above and beyond. They are so helpful and friendly. Any issues we've had over the last 4 years were always minor and quickly addressed. Amazing place! The staff are truly friendly! Great location right near the van ness metro stop! It’s great staff are always there to help! Free coffee in the mornings! Lots of great activities for all!
It's a great community. Neighbors are very nice, dogs are allowed and it is in a very convenient location near supermarkets, restaurants and other places. Also, there is always someone at the front desk which makes me feel safe and the people from the administration are super nice. :D
I moved to AVA a few months ago, and I absolutely love the apartment and the building. The staff is amazing, the repairs are done extremely quickly. Great service. Definitely 5 stars
I've lived at AVA Van Ness since it was called the Consulate (Feb 2013). The current team is COMPLETELY AWESOME!!!! My apartment is fab with a sunken living room, balcony, apt controlled heat and more. The building amenities are great and you cannot beat the location - near metro/subway, grocery store & more!!
My wife and I have lived here for six years. Very convenient location, and a nice building. Everyone at the front desk is always friendly when we're coming home at the end of the day. Five stars.
You guys are amazing! Anytime I need anything the team they are always there. Hardest working and helpful team I've ever seen.... Not to mention very friendly. Love you guys!......Would recommend this property to anyone who wants a safe feel and I always feel like home here! It's the best. AVA Van Ness Rocks!
