Very good place to stay- love the tennis court. Sad to move.

Beautiful landscaping, and great policies for pets.
Was shown a beautiful apartment that was nothing like what we moved into. I suggest you be smarter than I and have them show you the unit you're actually moving into before you sign papers. Our railing on the third story has been falling apart since we moved in about four months ago. They still have yet to fix it. The only window in the front part of the unit is the sliding doors and in one side, the seal is broken so badly the glass looks frosted. Horrible paint job especially the trimming areas. Management is great. Extremely pet friendly. It's quite peaceful.
It was awful experience for me to live there. They tried to charge me extra money after I moved out. About one month after I moved out, I received a bill from them and said the carpet was damaged by us and showed some dirty spot near the door (which was not there when we moved out and we protected this position very well with door mattress) and charge me about $500. I tried to talk with the manager and she said she need to talk with the boss and will call me back while I receive no call but still the same bill. They just not... read more
I used to live here. I lived in Autumn Woods from 2008-2010. I loved it here! It was close to everything and the community was great. The office staff was always friendly and it was safe :) I always let people know about Autumn Woods if they are looking to live in the Dayton area :)
