Apartments are old and not kept well. You have to 4 foot nothing in order to use the shower because the head is so low. I have lived in 2 other Edward Rose properties and have loved them and always felt like a valued tenant. That cannot be said of this place. There are a lot of much nicer communities in the Dayton area.
This place is the worst apartment complex and company in America. I was living in ********** ********** in ******** ***** for 2 years and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were slow to respond to emergencies like ac not working or a pipe bursting outside my bedroom window that flooded my apartment. They had me stay in my flooded apartment for 3 days before they accommodated me to a temporary housing. After that it took 3 more days to dry, but on the 2nd day they said I needed to leave because another family “bo... read more
worst customer satisfaction I've ever experienced when having issues which seems to be constant. especially when it comes to my Dish and internet service. terrible
So me and my roommate were going to move out of ********** apartment complex. We just didn't know exactly when. So we were told to sign a lease because if we didn't and we decided to stay we wouldn't be able to. So by signing the lease we were covering our bases. heavennnnn i"m in heaaavennnnn! just moved into Autumn Woods and each and every day is magical for me! i turned my move in checklist into one of the managers, that VERY SAME day maintenance came and knocked on my door and fixed the few issues i had!! The on site property managers are amazinnnng, sooo friendly, and REALLY pretty to look at! Moved in a few days ago and I’m definitely loving it , friendly people and my apartment is the perfect size . Would definitely recommend people to move in ! Anything we noticed that needed fixed was fixed immediately. Great staff and the view is beautiful �
