this place is good if you're a crackhead. place is full of tweakers. it's affiliated with mental health. They place a previously homeless person in an apartment and then That person lets their homeless friends crash there. bringing the street life with them. Drugs and violence everywhere. it is an old complex. Full of bugs. deteriorated around windows to the point that it rains inside! maintenance comes and looks but don't fix anything. I have only lived here two months. So far the tub will not drain I talked to someone about it a week ago nothing has been done. The toilets will not flush I checked them and the chain makes it flush was completely rusted and had snapped it was only held on by a twist tie, I have called the office multiple times but no one ever answers, I have left a message with maintenance about it but no call back. Roach and bed bug infested, good place to live if you live that way
Management is awful... they are a mental health property yet management treats everyone the same without a care in the world or whether their feelings would be hurt. She evicted me, THREW MY STUFF away before the two weeks I had to get my things completely moved out was up and than told me to my face she wouldn't care if she had me arrested for trespassing and would gladly call the police.
