They are terrible to deal with! Will not fix things. Ignore when you don't allow your roommate to put a dog I. The apartment and you complain at least 6 times by phone, in person, and email. Nothing is done!!!! Then they try to charge you for all the same age the dog does and it's not my dog!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!
