Before I tell my story, I would like you to know that I signed my lease on August 7, 2020. All of this happened within my first month of moving in. When I did my walk through on August 7th, I was told that they were going to bring me an air filter, fix the light in the stairs, replace the broken blinds, and get landscaping to clean up the poison oak outside on my back patio. They could be more concerned about the people who lease from them and not just wa the money without fixing things in people’s apartment, I have a friend that stays here and she tells , me that management sucks with letting maintenance know about things, they over cha you for water, neighbors break into your cars my advice is to stay clear of this apartment go somewhere else
maintence is terrrible I havr a leaking pipe in bathroom....tried to get it fic since April
Terrible experience living here! We lived there for one year one year ago and I also lived there during my high school years and maintenance has been terrible there always! The apartment we moved out of a year ago had continuous water leak issues from upstairs that they never did anything about. The would “fix” it but it was never fixed and was even told that it “wasn’t a Woodland Village” issue. Better places to live in Columbia, poorly taken care of for the price you pay for rent and the children around here do as they please.. ppl leave trash all over like really you can’t put that in the right place ... nope trash all over the place... and cockroaches yep.. I freaked.. bug man came constantly cause I demanded it.. ohh but they don’t have bugs here per management 🤦♀️
