I would not recommend this apartment complex. If you have a question or complaint then you better hope you can catch them at a time when the office is actually open. Calling or emailing multiple times wont even get you a call back. If you place a maintenance request, no matter if it is important or not, they wont respond for a minimum of a week. Where do I even begin. I can summarize my 2 year stint at the Station as utterly horrific. Because I know not everyone will read all the way to the end, run as far away as you can from the station. I moved in 6 months ago and had been enjoying the community for the most part. Most everyone living here is kind and nice. However, after these 6 months, the noise levels from adjacent apartments has become undesirable. You can hear every neighbor, the doors slamming, the music and the noise from floors above you are terrible. My quality of life and been impacted, and my work is suffering. It appears the apartment complex Broadstone Skyline has a contract with a towing service North Freeway Auto Storage located at 5901 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77076. This place is something out of a horror movie. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and downright UNPROFESSIONAL. It's amazing that they are still in business. Anyone who has a contract with them (Apartment complexes) should be ashamed of themselves. THEY DESERVE A "0".
I would not recommend this property to anyone . My apartment flooded on 2/16/2021 due to a pipe bursting from the winter storm . On 3/2/2021 my flooring was removed , installation was removed leaving exposed wiring , unusable sockets and cable connections . These people must be crooks of some kind. I live in Houston and am at a loss as to Who these clowns are. I received a negative credit report and it had my info correct on it showing I lived in MidTown during 2018. I last lived in MidTown in 1998!!!! My only guess is they somehow got a hold of the old info. They have a judgement against me now I am just finding out about for $9000! Yes, I will fight it and them. What scum sucking pigs they are.
This review is for a property at Anthology on Division in Portland, OR. This is managed by Greystar and owned by Alliance Communities. My experiences with this place were that management made no effort and placed excessive fees on us when we moved out. $150 cleaning fee taken out of the deposit for an apartment that was completely empty and in good order when we left?
