If there was an option for -5 stars I would prefer to rate them that . This property has undergone many ownerships in the six months Ive been here . The communication between tenant and management is lacking professionalism as well as courteousness. The fees are always changing and unexplained additions make it hard to have clear balances which lead to more unexpected charges . Services that are charged are not provided . Stay away from ****************** Brownstones!!! Horrible!! We lived there for 6 years and loved it the first few years under different ownership/management. The maintenance men are overworked and cannot keep up. Most neighbors were given portable window airconditioners instead if new units last summer. They were miserable!! The security gate is normally broken and left wide open. They do not care. They make us pay for parking $10 a month JUST TO TOW YOU FROM THE **** YOU OWN. I had low air and they towed me. There's trash all over the community, my back glass was broken out over night due to vandalism a few months ago. This place doesn't have much "luxury' to it at all. Just more out of pocket costs for renters. $500 to replace my backwind shield they said they werent responsible and now another couple hundred to get my car out from towing which they also aren't responsible for. Poorly trained staff and major appliance breakdowns in the first 2 months include washer/dryer (4 requests to fix it took a month), refrigerator (2 requests and a month) and the heat pump (3 requests). If I put in a maintenance request I can count on having to make at least two followups to ensure that it's acted on, understood, scheduled, etc. There is no process for followup or responses, you basically just wait until you have to go back and ask them again. My thermostat is reading 82 degrees right now, and it's 86 degrees outside. It even seems cooler outside because there's at least a breeze. I've been calling about multiple maintenance issues since I've moved in during Oct 2021, but have had very poor or no help at all. They've just changed management, and are now saying that they have no record of the service request or repairs that I have reported or that they've come to address. WARNING: I never signed a lease and was charged a $150 admin fee just for applying!!! Scammers. I've applied to many rental properties in the past and have never been charged to hold an apartment after simply applying for it. I strongly advise anyone to not even apply. Hold on to your money and apply with a company that truly understands property management.

Disappointing cheap place to "live." You get less than what you pay for. You tour updated apartments but they provide you with dilapidated versions. Upon move-in our promised "stainless steel" appliances were old half-functioning appliances. The dryer and water heater did not work at all. The water was ice cold until maintenance finally came multiple days later. The old stove top had only 2/4 burners working. The refrigerator had no handle. He microwave was dirty and slow. In September, I put a work order in and was told that there was nothing to worry about, that it was more than likely my garbage disposal causing gurgling noises in my sink.
