My furnace quit working in the evening. with 2 kids and myself being at home all day due to Covid, I started freaking out as it was starting to get cold. Autumn Air came out and had it fixed in 20 minutes! Honest and professional. Didn't try to sell me on anything extra. Highly recommend!
Really great company! They were recommended by a friend and I'm really glad we gave them a call! They came out and gave a fair quote and was able to get our new furnace installed very quickly. Their prices are great and they have an awesome team come out to do the install. I would definitely recommend them and glad we went with them!
Top notch service! Had a co2 scare and consumers told me to contact a furnace company. Called another company and wasn't satisfied with the results. I spoke with Theresa and she, as well, had the same concerns I had. She sent Dave to my house. He came in, check the upstairs first, went to the basement and checked that out as well. He thoroughly checked around my furnace and hot water heater. He gave me some helpful tips so if this ever happens again (hope it will never will) i have things to look for. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! Responsive, reasonably priced, and always go above and beyond!! Today I called as my furnace was out, they walked me through many steps to try before sending someone out, and it was able to be fixed!! Most companies would be happy to give you the service charge no matter what! They spent a good 20 mins helping over the phone and FaceTime! A/C help is the same way! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I will continue to refer everyone I know to them!! Great company!
Autumn air mechanical is the best. When our ac went out on a 95 degree day they helped us find the parts we needed. They went above and beyond for us. I am so appreciative of them and the extra help they gave me. I highly recommend autumn air!!!
Anyone in need of central air repair or replacement needs to check out Autumn Air. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem and ended up replacing our air conditioning unit, which was very old, in a very quick turn around. They did an excellent job, were courteous and very professional. I can not thank you guys enough for everything.

They are amazing individuals came out on short notice to take a look at my flooded grass and water along home a problem which wasn't even theirs as I thought it was water tank. went in the mud sank and crawled underneath to inspect as I have a modular home. they also put in a new tank for me as well and no problems they went over and beyond trying to make it work for me as I had to work and the tank had to be replaced very nice people who truly care and do a great job thanks soooo much Autumn Air
