I like this store. Everyone is always very helpful and they typically have what I need in stock.
Extremely slow and unknowledgeable. I brought in what was obviously an exhaust gasket and no one in the store knew what it was without any hints. People who sell car parts should actually know something about cars, right?
As we walked in, the front desk associate was walking out, but I think he was going to help someone outside. I waited for about 10 minutes as I called out for another associate. No one ever came out until the first associate came back in. The other associate still didn't even acknowledge me at all. He didn't look or act friendly. That was an unusual and disappointing visit. I did buy what I needed though.
Updated my review today 01 July 2025. I recently visited this AutoZone and had a truly frustrating experience. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes, with only one employee actively helping a customer. Another employee was present but seemed to be doing something non-customer-facing, offering no assistance to the growing line.
