Just had the worst customer service experience I can remember. I went to get my battery tested. The store employee came out to the car like I was interrupting his day. He told me by the eye test my battery looks old. Laughable. I questioned him on it. He said it just looks old. I asked him what the car battery tester said. He He didn't know how it worked but it says "bad battery." I asked him to explain what measurements it takes and which ratings would indicate the battery is bad. He had no clue.
