A failure to start my car, then further testing at home was showing that battery was dead. Jumped the battery and drove over to AutoZone. Deshawn (who deserves a raise btw) was incredibly helpful and assisted me with the replacing of the old battery . He made it look quick and easy, and showed me how to DIY my next battery replacement which I am grateful for. Couldn't ask for a smoother and faster resolution then what I got!
I stopped by to have my battery tested because I was wondering if I needed a new one since I have the factory battery in my 2022 car. James helped me test my battery and was very honest and helpful when the meter showed that I didn’t need a new battery yet.
