The workers here really go above and beyond for their customers at this location. My car’s cool temp air was high and the workers throughly checked to see what was wrong and even offered to fix it once I ordered the part. I have to give a special shout it to Josh and Ben who helped me figure out what was wrong. Josh helped me fix my issue and even came in on his day off to help a stranger he just met a few days prior. Had the parts I was looking for. Parts salespersons very helpful.
Me and a friend were working on his 2024 BMW and mind you a newer car like that, especially BMW, had difficulty finding replacement parts. We were working on a rear electronic parking brake and midway through the job the brake piston became stuck out. Carter had went out of his way to show us how to take apart the piston and showed us the whole mechanism. He then guided us to fixing the problem and teaching us both along the whole way. We are from Ohio and the gentlemen that helps us this evening was great. We are driving a rental vehicle and the wipe blade doesnt work stopped here and he wasn't able to fix it but we got a solution to fix it. But it got us back on the road.
