I was in trouble with my 2014 Impala as the charging system light came on. Stopped by just after closing so left to return the next day. My car died at the light and was completely dead. Some rude folks honked and said some unkind words as I had four family members with me. I walked back to Auto and knocked. The nice gentleman (And I Mean Gentleman) working let me in sold me a battery and let me use tools to change the battery. He even came out with his car parked behind us and let us finish. We came due to our car stalling when starting hoping to get the battery checked. Dave helped us out and was able to educate us so much on why the battery wasn’t working and the best replacement for it. He even installed it while teaching us a few more things. So thankful for him and it took all of 15 minutes from start to finish.
