Kimberly was the best, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me make sure my warranty was correct. A+
So I came in just to get my car scanned because the check engine light came on. So as I’m waiting in line. The associate asked the other guest what they was here for before seeing if I was helped. Then he finally spoke to see if I needed help. As he came to my car he started helping another customer. He scanned my car then proceeded to tell me can I take the scanning machine in the store and someone will help me to print the paperwork out. It took about 5 mins for someone to come and help. We were on vacation trying to leave DC to head home. We had a dead battery and got it jumped at the hotel and headed straight to this Auto Zone store. Daryl was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose and replace the battery. All the other staff members were friendly and welcoming but it was Daryl that saved the day. Thank you!!!
