Emerson had stellar customer service. This was impressive as he was the only person at the encounter and still helped customer after customer after customer. This is two days after the snowstorm in the area. My battery failed and he was able to help assist and have it installed. I would highly recommend this Autozone and Emerson. Thank you!
Almost every vehicle part is available at all times the shop is open.
Terrible service. Had to repeat what i needed 10 times and the rep STILL FORGOT the most important part I needed. Then flat out refused to honor the service the business claims to offer.. said and I quote. “Not gonna lie I aint goin outside after 5oclock “ . And no one else in the store was any help. 1st and Last time at this location. Do better just because you dont like your job doesn’t mean you should take it out on the customers who’s money pays your check. Shame
