I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone Store #4830 thanks to the incredible service provided by Store Manager Wilfredo Vidal. I came in needing a battery replacement, and even though the store was busy and the staff was helping other customers, Wilfredo personally stepped in and changed my battery himself.
