I have given this establishment multiple tries and they can't do anything not locate a part not check a battery or do returns on unopened packages. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Cromwell in Norfolk. They are the best!
Stopped by the AutoZone on the Boulevard near Town Center around 8:30 PM, well before their posted closing time, and the guy inside just looked at me and made a neck-slice gesture to signal they were closed. No explanation, no professionalism — just dismissive and disrespectful behavior. If you’re going to close early, update your hours. This location is poorly managed and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Very helpful Karma customer service is great. I always know what I want, I just walk in and they're ready to help you and greet you right away. All I tell them is what I need and they point me in the direction of what I have to pick up. One of the fastest stores I'm in and out of. And everything they have is priced reasonably..
