The person I spoke to over the phone today was "short" and "rude". Only answering questions with simple "yes" or "no" answers. People expect more from customer service. It's never that busy at this location anyway, so not sure what is so inconvenient about talking to someone, especially when you ask for their business.

Helpful staff, and they have most everything you need for repairs.
Usually have all the parts you need for your automotive repairs. Just make sure you read the part number before you purchase. I transpose two numbers and got what looked like the correct part but was 1" to long.
