Will never shop here again do to the wrongful termination of their best and most helpful employee
Will NEVER shop at Auto Zone again because of Benn being fired unethically. He was the Only and Best reason to shop there! (And I have spent a lot of money there) Since Benn had a recent promotion, and I never got to see him in the front of the store, I had the Worst Customer Service ever. I will have to look up the names on my receipts of the jerks Ive come across recently!
U guys lost the best worker I have ever known. Benny is such a generous caring employee and would bend over backwards to ensure every customer was satisfied. Have fun losing business🖒
I came to Auto Zone because of Ben, he is a wonderful person and knows so much. I will no longer be shopping here, you should do whatever you can to make customers happy being there are 3 other auto parts store in the small town. you shouldn't fire the one good person you had.
I will no longer be giving you my business. You got rid of the only guy there that knew what he was doing. When you fired Benn you lost a lot of business.
They Fired the only one there worth a crap because he got a hug from his girlfriend what a load of Crap will never shop there again!!!
