Associate doesn’t check what location things belong in, causing me to have a vehicle down for twice as long as it should be because instead of reading where it says in-line or aft fuel tank they just ordered whatever they want to. I will have to find another parts house to use as this incompetency is intolerable
came in the other day for a battery test kid up front helped me diagnose it as my starter and the shorter stubby woman was just standing there when there was a line of people not doing anything thought maybe she just had a bad day. came in again recently that same woman was still in the same spot not helping anyone pretending like we dont exist. good spot otherwise can always get what i need
I walked in looking at a battery for my ATV to be able to plow my driveway. I went in and they showed me the price which was $103.99 for a gold and I said to the team member wow that’s crazy because advance auto shows the same gold quality battery for $59.99 and the team member said well then go get it there because I can’t do anything for you here.
