As the co-owner and builder of a shop that builds classic vehicles for customers on a national level, when I went to Autozone, Ben Herr was the only counter person that actually had a clue. I WILL NOT be doing anymore business at any Autozone location unless you resolve the mis-management issues in Philipsburg, Pa. People are your best asset. Especially someone such as Ben, who is knowledgeable, courteous, pleasent to deal with, and helpful.... You have a whole town watching and waiting for your resolution.....choose wisely.
I can't believe how shallow a manager would be to fire someone over a hug, really? Well AutoZone you have lost my families business as well. There is no way I would enter your door without Ben Herr! He was the most wonderful, kind, knowledgeable employee you had. And for someone to complain about him because he was hugging his girlfriend, where is that persons compassion for human love and human kindness. I wish I could give this a no star review cause this place doesn't deserve any after what went on with the firing of Benn Herr. My husband and I followed him from his last job to this one. We will never be back as long as Benn is not there......
I'll not set foot in another Auto zone store since the most knowledgeable person they had got fired , by an inferior manage who felt insecure about his position
Well you have wronged the wrong person, here is yet ANOTHER person and family that will NOT SHOP AT AUTOZONE simply because you fired your best employee for giving a hug what a crock of shit. Benn Herr has more knowledge of auto parts than all your employees combined. As a female, who is knowledgable about cars, I get very frustrated whenever I go into a parts store and get treated like I'm stupid.. not only that, but when I'm told I'm wrong on the part that I need, only to have the employee give me what they said I need, which was incorrect, as I was right.. this problem has been resolved though, with your store with the outstanding customer service from Benn Herr..
