I was in a big rush, there was a huge line, and I had to get back to work. My battery had just died and I got a jump to get there. Then luckily I got helped by Moises! He checked and switched my battery SO QUICK! And he was really friendly and positive through the whole thing. Great customer service. Aside from the manager seeming scary cause it looked like she was in a bad mood, this was the BEST AutoZone experience I’ve ever had!

I love the care they show to their customers. I found myself in an urgent situation when both my break lights went out suddenly somehow and I had to travel over an hour and would be late to a wedding that I was officiating if I had to go to a mechanic to get it done. But Carlos from Auto Zone came to my rescue and replaced both bulbs in line under 10 minutes. I drove off with such relief and peace knowing that God was with my the whole time.
