The store were clean. The staff members was nice and friendly and and they with they are a good company.
I went in for a fuse for my truck and was given the wrong one. I stressed to the employee that the item number didn't match, and he said it was OK. It didn't have to match. When I tried it, it didn't work. When I brought the fuse back, I spoke to another employee, and he said that It needed to match. Well, at least 1 of the guys got it right. However, I hate the waisted time.
Not A lot of counter help, long wait at times.
5 employees with one actually working . Waited 15 minutes while watching 2 employees do nothing. Placed my items on the counter and walked out. Went to O'Reilly's.
