I came into the store to purchase a new car battery and asked if it was possible to have it installed on the spot. Ivan was an amazing gentleman who, without hesitation, assured me that he could help with both the purchase and the installation. Workers didn't bother to help and did not seem like they wanted to. Talk to me like I was unintelligent. Air filters were cramped into the shelf. Hard to pull of the shelf or find a filter. I requested for them to find the filter but they just flipped the screen and said " here yo go your part". No I needed them to find it.
5 Stars ……. Outstanding Service from Tino Tino at AutoZone went above and beyond. He was on a mission to help me step by step through the process, making sure I understood exactly what my car needed. His knowledge and patience saved me a lot of money. Excellent service and professionalism.
