I came here to replace a battery and return some unused auto parts for a refund. Ms. Lucy was extremely patient and helped us so much throughout the process. I really appreciate her assistance and strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto parts!

Que excelente atención de la srita que me atendió. Que paciencia, pero no puedo encontrar la parte. Pq mi carro es versión MX y no pudimos encontrar la parte, lleve la muestra y ni así. Saco muchos números de parte para comparar y no era ninguno de ellos. Gracias por la atención

This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had at an AutoZone! Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. A very special thank you to Manager Lucy. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
